Marquette saw several more of its own qualify for the Big East Championships, bringing the total to 20 athletes competing in 25 events.
Between the men's and women's teams, Marquette took first place in seven events, including an impressive first, second and third in the women's shot put.
Also worth noting was junior Carrie Schmid's performance in the women's pole vault. Schmid won the event clearing 3.70m and breaking her own school record set the previous week at the Badger Track Classic.
The Golden Eagles' next event is the Notre Dame Invitational in South Bend, Ind. on Saturday.
