At 1:37 a.m., it was reported that an unknown person removed unsecured, unattended university property without consent from a restroom in David Straz Hall.,”At 3:55 p.m., a student threw university property out of a window in McCormick Hall. Estimated loss is $5. No injuries were reported. The McCormick Residence Hall Director was present. MPD was not contacted.

At 1:37 a.m., it was reported that an unknown person removed unsecured, unattended university property without consent from a restroom in David Straz Hall. Estimated loss is $30. MPD was not contacted.

At 3:43 p.m. a person not affiliated with Marquette attempted to forcibly remove a student's property without consent in the 1500 block of West Wisconsin Ave. No injuries were reported. MPD was contacted and took the subject and two other subjects into custody for outstanding warrants.

At 6:02 p.m. a person not affiliated with Marquette became disorderly towards DPS and MPD officers in the 700 block of North 17th Street without consent. The subject was issued a citation for disorderly conduct and taken into custody on outstanding warrants by MPD.

At 1:30 a.m. a student was acting disorderly outside of Campus Town East. MPD was contacted and arrested the student for multiple municipal ordinance violations.
