At 1:53 a.m., a 20-year-old male student refused to leave until he finished his beverage at Jim Hagarty's Pub, 1120 W. Wells Street the 36-year-old male employee allowed him to do so. After he finished the drink he still refused to leave. The student became upset and struck the man in the face with a closed fist without consent.,”

At 1:53 a.m., a 20-year-old male student refused to leave until he finished his beverage at Jim Hegarty's Pub, 1120 W. Wells St. The 36-year-old male employee allowed him to do so. After he finished the drink the student still refused to leave, became upset and struck the employee in the face with a closed fist without consent. The Milwaukee Police Department was contacted and took the student into custody. He received municipal citations for battery, disorderly conduct, trespassing and underage drinking.

At 2:35 a.m., an MPD officer observed a 22-year-old male student running in the 1200 block of West Wells Street. The student jumped on the back of a taxi and began to scream. The student was taken into custody and was issued a citation for disorderly conduct.
At 4:57 p.m., an on-duty resident assistant smelled what seemed to be a controlled substance coming from a room in Schroeder Hall. DPS was contacted. Upon investigation, a 19-year-old male student and five other students admitted to smoking a controlled substance. The 19-year-old student admitted the substance was marijuana. He was also found to be in possession of a pipe. MPD was contacted and took the 19-year-old student into custody for possession of a controlled substance.
