A dispatch watching surveillance cameras in the DPS office observed the students acting in a suspicious manner in the 800 block of North 16th Street. When the scene was investigated, the 19-year-old was in possession of drug paraphernalia and the 18-year-old was in possession of marijuana.

Two male residents of McCormick Hall, one 18-year-old and one 19-year-old, were arrested at 12:34 a.m. Saturday, according to Lt. Daniel Carney, assistant director of the Department of Public Safety.
