The April 14 Viewpoint of Associate Professor of Theology Ralph Del Colle was a good reminder of the respect and reverence owed to the Eucharist. His Viewpoint was off the mark, however, since no one, ordained or not, presided over a communion service in the Chapel of the Holy Family on April 5 because there was no such service. The report in the Tribune was incorrect and since Professor Del Colle seems to have relied solely on that article for his information, it is understandable that he was under the wrong impression. A call to University Ministry before or after April 5 would have sufficed to clear up the issue.
