At 9:36 a.m., a 20-year-old male resident of O'Donnell Hall observed a 37-year-old male not affiliated with Marquette stealing a bicycle from the bike rack in front of the residence hall. The student followed the suspect on foot and managed to take back the bicycle and notify the DPS. The suspect was located by DPS, taken into custody for outstanding warrants and cited for theft by the Milwaukee Police Department.
