At 9:57 p.m., two 18-year-old male students reported three people not affiliated with Marquette, 22-, 23- and 26-year-old males, were aggressively panhandling in the 1700 block of West Wisconsin Avenue. MPD was contacted, and the suspects were cited for disorderly conduct.
