Farrior is charged with four counts of first-degree sexual assault for the 1994 attack in which Farrior and another man used guns to force the student into her car and raped her, according to Assistant District Attorney Paul Tiffin.

The maximum penalty is 20 years in prison for each charge, Tiffin said.
