Periathamby was arrested by the city of Brookfield Police Department Feb. 27 after he allegedly tried to meet whom he thought was a 13-year-old girl in a Brookfield Pick 'n Save parking lot to have sex.
A court hearing for Antony Periathamby, a research professor in the School of Dentistry charged with using an off-campus computer to facilitate a child sex crime, was postponed Monday because of scheduling conflicts with district attorney Debra Blasius. The hearing was rescheduled for Jan. 6, 2006.
