Assistant Opinions Editor Sophia Boyd and Columnist Ryan Murphy went through two of Harvard’s Implicit Bias tests: First pairing African Americans and European Americans, and another with that focused on men and women in the workplace. The point of the test is to see if you have an automatic preference for one group of people over another. Enjoy listening to Sophia and Ryan as they explain the test in more depth and reflect on their results.

Interested in taking the test yourself? There are plenty of options to choose from here: implicit.harvard.edu/implicit/selectatest.html
